What counts as one extraction?↓
Each time you paste a transcript and click "Extract Intelligence", that uses one extraction. The results you get back — all 9 fields — count as one.
Can I cancel at any time?↓
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period with no penalties.
What happens if I exceed my free limit?↓
The extraction button becomes disabled and you see an upgrade prompt. Your account and all previous results are safe — you just need to upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Do free extractions reset each month?↓
Yes. Your 5 free extractions reset automatically on the 1st of each calendar month.
Is there a team or annual plan?↓
